THE GREAT DANGER OF PREMATURE BIRTH'S

Premature deliveries are triggered by several things. These include;

• ·         High temperatures
• ·         Malaria
• ·         High blood pressure,

 A mother can suffer trauma if she falls down or as a result of domestic violence. Many pregnant mothers suffer from membrane rapture, which is also called an incompetent uterus, if one has had many abortions, whether miscarriages or induced, chances of having premature delivery are high.

 In this case, the cervix opens because it’s used to opening before full term. Even though this is a serious problem to mothers who give births, the good news is that premature birth's can be prevented if pregnant mothers take note of the following during pregnancy;

a.      Avoid falls

b.      Treat any infections and sexually transmitted diseases as soon as possible

c.       Don’t lift heavy things because the body is already strained by the pregnancy

d.      Mothers should also take antenatal visits seriously because they are designed to ensure safe pregnancy

e.      And if a mother have ever had an abortion, inform your doctor or midwife as soon as you know you are pregnant, you will get a cervical stich at four month's to prevent the cervix from opening before full term.
